Dealer fitted trailer plug no work.

G'day all,
I went too hook up my trailer for the first time to our 3 week old gls, and the only lights that worked were the indicators/hazards. It's all dealer fitted tow bar and harness. I double checked the plug on the car and there was only power coming through the indicators.
Now before I go through the hassle of booking her in, has anyone had similar issues and found a simple answer?

Seven pin v five pin?

Maybe one of the relays hasn't been plugged in the loom under the tub?

If its dealer installed I'd take it back purely to cover yourself for any future warranty situations.

7 pin round.
Definitely not trailer, I disconnected it and checked the plug itself with test light.
I did have a little play around with relays underneath but couldn't see anything abnormal.

There should be a fuse on hot link from battery to the relays (most I have seen are a blade type), check this then follow power path to relays.

Took it back to dealer today and it turns out the harness wasn't installed correctly!!!!

I bet they missed the link in the passenger side kick panel.

Hi i know this is an old post but I have the same problem.
Indicators get power, but not taillights and brake lights.
Someone mentioned the relay? How do i fix that?
