Head lights switch on automaticaly when it rains!

i have a strange problem, when it rains my headlights come on automatically and my turn signals will not work? water is getting somewhere? I am hopping someone here has has the same problem and can possibly point me in the right direction. My wipers only work on maximum other than that everything else on the triton seems to work. She is a 2007 double cab.Any help please.
