LSD's in MQ triton?

LSD's in MQ triton?

Postby jerrah on Sat Mar 26, 2016 1:46 pm

I test drove a manual base model MQ dual cab earlier today and I was pretty impressed with how it drove against the new Ranger.

My MK Triton has a factory LSD which works pretty well offroad, but I haven't been able to confirm what is in the MQ.

Is anyone able to give a definitive answer? I want the manual with vinyl floor so don't want to pony up for the Exceed (only available in the auto) just for the diff lock!

No LSD in any of the 4x4 models, ASC has replaced them since it's introduction in the MN.

Is it possible to option the electronic diff lock or would you have to go aftermarket?

I'd just go aftermarket, and get a front at the same time :)

Says mitsubishi-motors.com, not mitsubishi-motors.com.au
Chris

If work is so terrific, why do they have to pay us to do it?

Says nothing about traction control which is a legal requirement in some states of Australia.
As soon as they brought that in they dropped the LSDs.
That will be why they don't do LSDs anymore.
Would be interesting to see how many vehicles are available with a LSD in Australia.
