It's a 6.5% increase in rolling circumference, so yes, it will make your take off 'worse' than it is now.
That's not what I'd be most concerned about though. It's a 52.5mm increase in diameter, so it exceeds the maximum allowed increase according to VSB14. If you do it, the vehicle is definitely unroadworthy. If you have a prang, your insurance company can (and very likely will) tell you it's your problem, not theirs.
Before anyone decides to jump all over me, I know plenty of people put tyres that are more than 50mm larger than OE fitment, and it probably won't be an issue. If you are happy to take the risk, great, but it is a fact that the potential consequences are severe.
