Postby davo94 on Thu Feb 09, 2017 6:31 pm

Picking up my mq gls tomorrow and I'm purchasing a tubliner a bit later on down the track.

Are they easy to install. Any tips etc...

Thanks in advance

Id be looking at the spray on liners mate. Nice and tough and dirt doesnt get under it stripping your paint.

Enjoy your mq love mine that i picked up 3 weeks ago. ;)

Very happy with my rhino spray on liner. Seems tough, things don't slide around the tray. Cleans up well with jet washer.

Was looking at getting a spray liner done shortly and most quotes so far were $800 to $900 and they all say it takes just over a day to do (overnight cure).
Have checked out Rhino Liner and some jobs done but....wanting to know if anyone has had the other Speedliner type done and if your happy with the finish etc ??
Cheers...

Had a drop in Liner ( over the edge ) in my hilux a couple of years ago, tuff as dogs nuts, but when you pull it out to check under it, you,d be amazed at the amount of fine grit and what it does to any high spots in your tray, :x Never again.

I got a cheap under tub liner for $250. Seems to do the job so far. Easy enough to just pop in. Reasonable fit. Double sided tape at either side of the tray at the lights couldve been a bit stronger.

I mostly store camping gear in my tray and the occasional tip runs.

Nil issues.

Unibee 4x4 in moorabbin from memory.
