MQ injectors

MQ 170,000
Ordered some injectors today
Looking like new injectors needed for our ute
Throwing a number 3 injector code and running pretty rough.
I think they should be lasting longer than that

Any one else had to have them done?

Is it possible to swap the injector with another cylinder and see if the fault moves with it?

Could be a connector, loom or ecu problem.
Don't let the b'strds get you down!!

Not really, they are coded to cylinder using MUT. unless you can recode they will put MIL on

My oldest MQ has 255,000kms and still runs strong. However, i have always put in a bottle of penrite total fuel system cleaner with every service.

How much did u pay for the injectors?

Please make sure that you use a proper scan tool with special functions and do the injector coding. Otherwise as the above person said it would throw the check engine light on.

Cheers
