Forum upgrade on Wednesday 25th of Feb

Postby Dave on Sun Feb 22, 2009 12:03 am

Hi everyone,

I will be upgrading the forum on the 25th of Feb (Wednesday night) at around 9pm WST

The forum will be off-line for approx 30-45 minutes.

Hopefully this might even assist with preventing those annoying spammers :D

Cheers,
Dave

All done, took 1.5 hours... a bit more than expected but all went smoother than the hilux site recently :)

Jacko, that's weird... I see all of your pics in the shed?

lol

forum upgrade consisted of getting to the latest version of phpBB, which is the actual software that powers the forum.
I have been working on a new design which runs under the latest version which I'll be trialling in the coming weeks.
