New web site update

Postby Dave on Mon Jan 11, 2010 12:24 pm

Hi everyone,

I have just finished doing the long awaited update for the front page of the web site.
This also includes an updated look & feel of the shed profile area.

One major new feature added which allows you to add up to four Youtube video clips (maybe more down the track)

Take a look and tell us what you think!

http://www.newtriton.net

Cheers, Dave

Looks good.
if the hot shortcut list included "view new posts" I would shortcut to that page rather than the forum- as I do now.

Always miss the updated profiles doing this- but find it works best for me?

Looks good Dave. Was it ever part of the plan to change the pics occassionally on the banner?
I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal labotomy!

Heaps better Dave, especially the sheds.

Could we have a "triton of the week" instead of a "triton of the month?" Add a little more variety?

Greedy, on my part as designer of the banner, yes this was intended, I have been meaning to ask dave if he would like me to facilitate an update but I have been flat out but hopefully will have some more time soon to help with.

Dave
With respect to the "View complete list of members" shortcut key in the upper right hand corner, would it not be better sort the members listing Alphabetically instead of be Join date

Click on members and a alphabet apears along the top of the join date listing, click any letter.

This has come up a few times -

I know, but the "A's", for instance, are still not alphabetical and with some letters, there are 9 sheets you have to sift through. I imagine NEWHILUX is even worse.
