 snowman for admin , snowman for admin

On a serious note though, and I have seen it many times its quite common to see forums "over moderated".
Subi and myself both moderate the same way realy.................. let all you guys go your hardest then clean up the mess afterwards
Looking forward to having a few more mods on board.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything important, it's too late to stop reading it.

Vote for me, I'll bring the 'nasty' to the forum...

Seriously though, any of the already mentioned would be fine - for those nominated, if you haven't done it before, it's only as difficult a job as YOU make it... Have defined goals/limits (discussion with admin and current moderators helps here) and stick to your guns... Communicate your intent too - people like to know why they have been moderated as it happens, stops anyone getting their back up and posting shit fighting threads...

Must admit I've been lurking on this thread but do appreciate the nominations, thanks. You can add me to the list too, Buzzy.

Hmmm....guess I might have to take that subscription that I've been procrastinating about.
