Guys,

Can you keep this thread chatter to a minimum and on topic, admins are subscribed to this so we are aware of legitimate problems, and we are getting emails every time you post chatter with us thinking there is a problem.

This is NHN related - trying to log in, had to retrieve my password, done successfully... Tried to log inand got the following You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to solve the CAPTCHA below. I have 2 problems with this:

1. It's a 'capcha' which is almost very difficult to decipher, very difficult to make out the characters...

2. I'm pretty sure I have nailed it 3 times now and it keeps rejecting my attempt...

Can I get some assistance, please...???

You have more than likely reached your PM quantity limit which is 50 for non subscribers and 400 for platinum members. Try deleting a few and the new one should show up.

I think he means it was in the inbox, but the notification doesn't show up on the top of the page where the user control panel link is.

Mine haven't shown up there for ages

Sounds like Tapatalk could be doing that, although if you go into the private message section you should see unread PM's sitting there with a different colour.

You do get them if you go into the mailbox, I have had a few sit there for quite a while as hadn't checked and the notification showed nothing. I get the emails, but sometimes forget afterwards

Just noticed that the individual chat erases everything said if someone sends you something while you're offline. It's not so much a worry that I missed what someone was saying, more that it keeps popping up and saying there's something there, but as soon as I open it, it's gone. Also, the "Chat History" function in there is completely empty. Normal chat is fine, it's just the individual one that does it to me.

See the build up of my old Triton here.

Fraz, that chat system will most likely be ditched over the next few days and replaced with something else so I wouldn't worry about that. ;)
