If it helps at all, first login I could see moderator / platinum subscriber in the avatar username box, this login I can only see moderator.

All,

Issue has now been rectified, those that are platinum should have had access to the platinum area, just the profile name stopped showing the status, this was due to an issue with the forum when it did a clean up of any expired accounts.
