Hello all,

Enjoying my Triton, 2009 ML, 3.2D, auto, Super Select with factory rear diff lock. Purchased recently with 135,000 km (genuine I hope).

She came basically stock but with 20” rims & 32” Mickeys. Ride was quite harsh, so I changed to 16” Prado rims & 31” Yoko G015s. Much nicer on road, but I may regret dropping that inch.

Have done mild suspension upgrade from soft/tired OEM to Monroe shocks, got a small lift with new front springs. Will next replace OEM bash plate with 3mm or 4mm steel.

Had inlet manifold cleaned out, then treated her to ECU re-flash with EGR delete, now much more responsive & smooth to drive around town and country. Haven’t really tapped extra power yet, but I can tell it’s there.

Setting up for nice road trips and mild off-roading to hunting & fishing spots. Just a small problem to sort out with 4WD, will post in Fourth Generation drivetrain forum.

Anything else I should consider doing as a general upgrade?

Thanks for listening.

Cheers, luckey

Enjoy the new ride.
