2014 Glxr auto rough gear change

hi all

I have recently got 2014 auto GLXR 4x4 and noticed that on up hill when the gear is about to change from 4th to 3rd or 5th to 4th, it changed rough. like jolted.
is this normal?
I am not sure where to start to troubleshoot.
any suggestions is much appreciated.
