4wd flashing light while disengaged. Missing solenoid power.

Hi all. I know this is a common issue for most tritons but I am lost for answers after many attempts to fix.
My problem is on a 09 auto diesel which front wheel lights continue to flash when put in 2wd.
Things I have done are made sure actuator is not seized, checked actuator switch works, measured resistance on solenoid and checked function, checked I have vacumm and everything looks good. The issue I have is no power signal going to the solenoid to activate them and allow vacumm through to actuator.
Does anyone know where this signal comes from, ecu or another switch on gear stick?????

Have you checked in the Service Manual?

I see this circuit diagram which should give you some clues.

The switches are on top of the transfer case.

Rod. Did you only run a switch from ignition to blue blob solenoid and then to neg?
