Continuously Blowing Brake Light

Postby ReelBigFish on Sun Aug 23, 2020 7:46 pm

HI All,
I've got an issue with my ML triton where my brake light keeps blowing. I've done some searching and think it might be a dodgy connection with the bulb and the housing.

Any tips? i don't want to spend too much time trouble shooting.

Is it only one light?

Is it possible your getting a bit of vibration at the rear?

If you got a trailer plug wired up check inside it for corroded pins and secured wiring, and check the harness plugs, could be earthing out,

Yep. Cheap globes.

Japanese Stanley branded ones are good.
