Air Lever (sorted!!!)

Postby JaseM on Tue Feb 15, 2022 7:26 am

Hi there,

I have been searching for the topic on here with no luck.

My lever that controls recirculated air and air into the cab seems to get stuck on my MQ when sliding from open to recirculated about halfway along the track. Does anyone knows how to fix this issue?

Cheers,
Jase

Why not post what you found?

It could help someone in the future.

Sorry DDD,

it was a simple fix. I was watching Youtube last night and decided to check whether I had a cabin air filter installed. After opening up the space, I noticed that there was a filter installed and when I pulled it out, a fair bit of crap (almost like a nest) was sitting on top of the filter. Got rid of it and the lever moved freely!

Cheers,
Jase

See, that's useful info.

Never thought of the recirc flap being before the filter.

Will be something for people who park under trees a lot to look out for.
