4x4 light on dash

The green 4x4 little wheels symbol came on and flashes on and off all the time, tried putting in 4x4 and out and still won't go off. My Triton is a 2007 3.2liter diesel. Is there some easy way to stop it or turn it off.

Hey deermaster,

Have a look at the vacuum line going to the front diff actuator, to see if it’s damaged. If not, pull the boot back to ensure it is operating.

Thanks very much mate, will have to get a mate to check that for me as have a badly broken arm and can't do much myself for some weeks.

Got mate to check it out and he moved the one you said at the diff and light is off, but now works when in 4x4 thanks mate appreciated.
