How much did that cost you dadz :?: Do you have any other info like brand/make :?: and did you fit it or did you get a mechanic to fit it :?: sorry for all the qestions but they seem like a part that you may have to replace once the Triton runs out of warranty or you have way to many mods to get warranty work done.....
I bought my 4wd out of NEED not want.

The brand is "Denso", it cost me 5,000 baht. i did install it my self. The position is the same only it have an adapter to compensate the long neck. One big difference is that the holes on the side is a bit bigger that the stock and also the hole under is bit bigger the spring as i feel it is also different.

3.2 engines can not handle dirty fuel or even a bio fuel. With it they say all is fine, so went out get a full tank of B5(5% bio) and test run the whole day even running hard. Boost went up to 22 psi, around 3,000 rpm and 140KPH. no check engine, no error code (maybe just one :D P0234-Over Boost, because im setting the normal boost controller).

Until now i have use half of my tank test run around 250 kilometers. Maybe my problem is solve.

About warranty i have no idea, because im out of warranty already.

ECU Error Code - P0093

Postby dan.batto on Wed Apr 27, 2016 8:14 pm

Driving home from the folks place just now on the freeway, about change lanes to exit for my place and BAM! Engine light and limp mode! Bloody dangerous, busy freeway, person next to me wouldn't speed up or slow down, cars up my clacker and I have the 2 week old young feller in the car!!! P0093 code came up when I got off and checked, haven't done anything to the car in a long time, tells me that maybe it's the SCV?
Chipped, Tony's mod, not sure on tune because I don't touch it.

Did you get the code fixed dan?
I have just experienced the same thing, she's at the mechanics at the moment who wants to change the SCV, Fuel rail pressure limiter and fuel pressure sensor

So he's guessing it's one of those? If in doubt replace everything?

Mechanic was leaning toward the SCV, I was more thinking the Rail Pressure limiter, only other item left was the pressure sensor, figured wed just replace all three,

I used to get the same fault when I first fitted the chip, It turned out to be a faulty chip loom.

The ECU was sensing sudden fuel rail pressure drop & threw the code.

It could be the rail pressure limiter with a weak spring. Tony would be you man to answer this one ;)
