Black or Gunmetal Grey?

As other said, black will really show scratches. I've only ever made dirts scratchs in mine, as in it looks like a scratch but it's really just the 1" layer of dirt, paint's fine underneath! I really should get around to cleaning the car, but it'll only get dirty again!

Black or Gunmetal Grey?

Postby twinturbo007 on Tue Apr 01, 2008 2:52 am

OK, the choice is made and many thanks for all the responses, and so true, it ends up being personal choice but I had to go the Gun Metal Grey, just fell in love with it so a little more time going to be spent washing it I would say.. Agreed that the Black was not for me in the end, but neither was white which is a pity as its the most practical colour for a million reasons. Silver was a very close 2nd to be honest but something about the Gunmetal Grey just grabbed me. When i am at the crash repair having shopping trolley dents knocked out, I am sure that will wear off haha.

So once again, thank you for all the comments, and I dont take offence in any way to the ones that asked why ask, I almost agree haha. I just found the insight from members assisted me so much in my choice and prepared me for the worst as well in my choice. So it was an informed choice for sure.

All the best, get ready for loads more questions of this group, your a great bunch and I appreciate your feedback.

regards
