There are not any tire tracks behind it and no rubber or damage to the drain so I would say that it was reversed (at speed judging by the front!!) in to its position!!, which makes it even more unbelievable......

it does look like the front drivers side had some sort of impact probably from the drain somehow, also take note on the rear wheel it has dirt on there which kinda says it had come from dirt/grass area.

Reckon it was an afternoon on the cans or the driver fell asleep at the wheel, awoke lost control on the grass It is a straight section of road in the shot looking at the front.

Still been travelling fairly quick when its whacked the armco, to do that damage to the ute, & barrier itself. I can't believe it missed the power-pole. If ya look at the armco between thev frt & rear axles, ya can see where the original impact was. Then momentum, coupled with the armco curve, has carried it further forward & screwed it around the power pole......

Thats my theory anyway.......;) ;)

Probably lost a bit shearing the concrete off the front of the drain and ploughing into the opposite side as well. The front right is bent badly it also snapped the post. Wonder if the bags went off or not?
