TMR Triton now available

Postby zen on Tue Jun 23, 2009 6:41 pm

I have been in regular contact with TMR (Team Mitsubishi Ralliart) and they today confirmed the TMR triton would now be available on Tritons already in Australia.
Check their website at http://www.tmraustralia.com.au/tmrtriton.php
I am really excited. I still don't know details on pricing etc. :D
If you want more info contact your Ralliart detailer and advise them to contact TMR. :D

Can you buy some of the bits? Shocks and engine upgrade could be a good option for some...will only be diesel again of course :?
I hate to advocate drugs, sex, alcohol, violence, or insanity to anyone, but they’ve always worked for me.

This is the info I was sent by TMR today: hot off the press and still not yet released to dealers/media etc

The TMR enhanced Triton offers:

· TMR ECU Power Upgrade

· TMR Suspension Package

· TMR Front Brake Pads

· TMR Sports Grille

· Embroidered Seats

· Certificate of Authenticity

· Build Plate

· Fully ADR Compliant

There is also an optional package consisting of:

The pricing is moments away from being confirmed so the pricing I can offer you is only indicative at this stage but we are expecting:

Can you get the engine upgrade seperately? That is what interests me most. I like the fact its Mits genuine so won't impact the warranty.

I'll have a look through my diary at work regarding all the info, I called a couple of months ago, so my recall on everything is a bit vague.

Yep went through the diary today.
My recollection of the phone call was the same as SJP's- they were shelving the project untill the new model.
Mitsubishi must have made them an offer they could not refuse on the current stock?

Anyway like I said all parts were available seperatly- including the engine upgrade, which was a ECU reflash similar to what CCM is doing, and around $2500 +

I just worry about the impact of non-mitsubishi mods on my 10 year drivetrain warranty

Is that retrospective, or only on new ones?

The TMR upgrades are available on ML Tritons used or new (if there are any left). I don't know what TMR has planned for the MN, obviously not the 3.2-litre's ECU reflash. ;)

Wow, so now the choice is get a reflash done at my dealership, or send the ECU away for a reflash... interesting.
