Still no luck getting the hotfix number off them but at least my airbag light is off. I'll try another dealer who might come to the party. They ended up replacing the whole seat belt assembly in the end
I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal labotomy!

Following second trip to the stealer my light has stayed off for over 24 hours!
That said, it seems to be taking longer and longer to go off after the car is started so it probably won't be long before it stays on again...then back to the stealer it will go...

Well, I was starting to miss not having the light on in the dash. That problem has since been solved. The bloody thing is back on again. Fourth time lucky huh. Not bloody likely, the useless pricks.

Ditto Tassie. I'm going to give another dealer shot at it this time. I'm sick to death of the morons where I bought the car. They offered the best deal but nothing since.

The saga continues....... Took it in yesterday and they swapped the airbag ecu. Told me it all looked good. Error code was the seatbelt pretensioner again. Started it up and put the seatbelt on when I picked it up. Light was already on. Back in today for a sparky to go over it. They were also trying to tell me the Triton uses the canbus system. :?: I remember a discussion on wiring spotlights where Subi_man stated we don't have it. Can anybody clear this up for me? :? I'd probably believe Subi before those morons at the stealership given my experience with them so far. What's the bet they come back trying to blame my car pc install which hooks into the accessories wire as a switch activator.

After 5 times back to the dealer, they finally got a sparky in to look at it. He found a loose connector behind the drivers kick panel. Hopefully, this ends the shit these guys talk for a while.
