The factory Bluetooth works very poorly with some phones (eg. Nokia 6120, where the volume is far too quiet), and perfectly with others. There is a kit available to add a volume control knob if your phone is one affected by poor volume.

That's been my only complaint so far

Cheers
Andrew

I tried to uninstall one (new headunit came with bluetooth) and there are wires and things going everywhere.
I also couldn't get to the "comand module" in the centre consol.

Might have another look when I have time as someone was interested in the factory bluetooth unit second hand.
