winch and power outlets

winch and power outlets

Postby spinner on Mon Jan 12, 2009 7:11 pm

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to mount a winch on the front of my truck without having a bull bar. I only have the standard nudge bar. Also has anyone had any 12V or power sockets put into the rear ute and where would the best place be to put them. I was thinking of 2 x 12V sockets and also a inverter with normal power socket. 8-)

FRDESP has one in his tray... no piccies in his profile though. Uses an anderson plug.

I've got the Waeco Raps wired into my tub and have an inverter on the frame I put in for trips etc
Or as Speedy Gonzalez once said, it won't hurt, did it
