trailer wiring mess up

Hi all, sorry to start a new thread, I have read thru all the threads and still have some answers so I will ask here.

A while ago when installing my towbar on my MN I didn't buy the factory looms and just ran power/ground from the battery to the relays down the back. The trailer plug brake light I ran a wire to my brake light.

I have attached a photo of the wiring at the back currently.

Now I am installing the brake controller kit and am just wanted to clear some things up. I have deleted my power/ground wiring from the battery as no longer required.

On the 3 pin plug at the back, they are empty. One of them is for the blue electric brake wire. What other wires go here?

I have a red, black and white wire. I assume the red and black will probably go to this 3 pin plug so I will do some wiring checks to check which one is for voltage and which one is the ground.

What happens with the white wire now? Also the instructions say to modify the relay in step 26. Where is this relay located?
