Amplifier mounting 2008 GLXR D/C

Hey everyone, I've been trying to find a good way to mount a 4 channel in the cab.

After removing the factory parrot bluetooth module from above the transmission tunnel I have a nice metal bracket I could mount a plastic board to and more than enough room for an 8in x 8in amplifier.

So just wondering if anyone thinks an Alpine S-A32F class D four channel would have and interference or heat issues mounted where the parrot units go.

Or if anyone thinks I should consider under the passenger seat.
