"Finlay got around to fitting my diff/gearbox breather that I purchased in a group buy early in the year
I was lucky enough to have the early type of rear diff breather with the hose attached.
I removed center console to access the gearbox breather & fitted the hose using a brass fitting, I also removed the pop-up breather cover & attached a hose (secured with a clamp). I did not fit a breather to the front diff as it already has an extended hose which terminates high in the engine bay against the firewall.
I fitted the breather/filter on the RH side utilizing a bolt that normally has the wiring loom attached (it was the correct thread & size)"
"While I had the console out I took the opportunity to check on my breathers fitted earlier. I also grabbed a few pics

I have since covered the brass connector with a thick tape to stop it rattling.
The other hoses marked were connected to the small steel tube.
In all I have 3 breathers from the gearbox/transfer case. & one from the rear diff"
