k&n IMHO, alot of racing cars use them. they must be doing something rite.

I installed a Uni Filter mad992...total cost was $96.50 from a filter place here in canberra. Havent really noticed a huge improvement with economy etc but being a petrol engine, having the Uni filter seems to have made a slight improvement in economy & power. I was getting around 12.8L/100km, now getting around 12.0-12.2L/100km.

I'm putting the diesel Uni filter in my petrol this weekend.

No worries Homer. I've had the filter in for approx. 3000kms & havent checked how gunked up it is...so I'll have a look over the next couple of days & report back. ;)
