Ml triton 2007 diesel

Postby Diesel1974 on Wed Aug 07, 2019 8:33 am

Just wondering if anyone can tell me why transfer case mounts keep breaking... I have been through about 5 in the last 5 years...

I realise they are supposed to break...but when left they make a terrible sound

Any ideas

Not sure. I've had my 2007 from new and I've never had one break?

Sounds like they are under stress, also are they a reputable brand or an ebay special,
I would be checking by loosening the nuts /bolts holding them on and see if it sits where it should or if it has a tendency to pull to one side
