Tickety tick - Lifters? (2.4 Petrol)

46G4, 2.4 Petrol, 150k, full service history.

Howdy,
Have a ticking sound emanating from the rear of the engine mostly.
It takes about 2-3mins for it to actually start ticking from engine start.
Shes drives perfectly normal, but hoping it cant lead to something more sinister?
Not much talk about the Petrols on here, but hoping someone is familiar with the sound/issue?

Are the lifters due for a flush or replacement?
