You wouldn't happen to know if they would fit an ML as well?

Mattyjl, I don't know for sure as I've never looked under a ML but I would imagine they should fit fine. Anyone who's bought some know if there are differences?

Snooozy wrote:do you have a pic of the left side, I am wondering how they might fit with a long range tank getting to the bolts might be a problem

Snooozy, plenty of room to my std tank to get a nut and ring spanner in there (see pic below). Couple of options for you if space is really tight, either make the inside plate on that rear mount from 8mm and then tap a M8 thread into it or slot the holes on that plate so that you can drop the bolt in from the top. If you use big washers then you won't have a problem.

And the passenger side front mount. Still clear of the brake and fuel lines by 5-6mm.

fridgie wrote:Hey mate, happy to help get the pdf up. How big is the file? Needs to be under 256mb to upload directly to the site or I (or you if you have one) can host it in my dropbox and post the link for download.

If you want to email it to me (fridgie@newtriton.net) I'll get it on here for you.

Thanks mate, email sent ;)

I will be able to confirm if this works for the auto this evening. I have made an exact version of this out of wood here at work . I will fit it this arvo when I get home . After a quick test before it all lined up beautiful. So I'm about 95% sure it does but will confirm later . :)

I just fitted these puppies up on my 2010 (my11) 5sp auto . Works a treat . there is abit of of a tight bit behind the brake lines etc but other than that no dramas at all . Didn't have to do any modifications to the pdf supplied by snappy to get it to work .

Thanks again snappy 8-)

I was lucky and didn't have to pay for my steel :D All up, if your're paying retail ($5-7 per kg) and buying full lengths (6-8m) of material then you could be up the $400+ mark. If you can buy just what you need and at prices closer to trade (~$2.50 per kg) then you'd be closer to $200.

I have a 1:30 scale of the 2006 Triton dual cab in vector (exterior only)

Just thought someone might want this! we use these templates for superimposing signage.

The file has a few different formats - .ai .eps .cdr & .dxf

This is what it looks like:

You can recolour it easily as they have grouped all the panels. It might be useful for designing exterior add-on bits!

Download the zip file here (File has been scanned with Avira pro prior to uploading)

Thanks a heap for all your work snappy. That will be awesome. The Club Cab looks great as is, but I think it will finish it right off with some of these

just got all my steel delivered to work (tubes) cost $35 ( i work for the biggest steel supplier in australia) and going to laser cut the flat plate later this arvo. then off to the welders to get welded up properly.

If it works quite seamlessly i can look at making them for other people if there interested.
