Would keep me happy if you could do some for the auto as well :)

I'll second that!

Teaser...

I've got the material ready to go now just got to find the time...

I can do the auto version as well if someone in Melbourne (with an auto - are 4 & 5 speed cross members the same?) can assist with a vehicle to measure...

That's interesting.
My AVA sliders had the front mount facing forward and you drilled a hole in the chasis and bolted it through that way. I couldn't see a good place where a third U mount would have worked - although I didn't look too hard...

Yeah it gets tight around the fuel lines on the passenger side.

Drivers side is fine.

Probably look into doing what homer said on the passenger side and mount to that jacking point.

Coming along... Design is the easy part for me as I just do it in my lunch break. The fab I do after hrs when I've got the time. Planning to put in a few hrs tomorrow and Friday so with a bit of luck I'll be able to confirm the drawings by early next week ;)

I've stuck with the U shape bracket for all mounting points as there seams to be plenty of room at the front on my car :? Interestingly, the rear bracket on the passenger side has less space and only just fits between the chassis and brake lines... Anyone with sliders able to check theirs for clearance (photo would be great!) Or is 6mm between chassis & brake lines normal?

Mine were a problem with the lines. I ended up spacing them out off the rail a bit.

How'd you do that CD? Did you space out the white plastic clip that holds the brake lines?

Excellent. Im not quite in the right trade .. (Wood machinist/cabinetmaker) so i was going to make a full template up on the cnc out of mdf to get it right then get our steel guys to cut all my pieces so i could weld it all up . I'll still have a go at getting some time in over the next few days but if your drawings are sweet that would save alot of hassell.

P.s did you find an mn auto to have a look at ?? 8-)

Hey mate, happy to help get the pdf up. How big is the file? Needs to be under 256mb to upload directly to the site or I (or you if you have one) can host it in my dropbox and post the link for download.

If you want to email it to me (fridgie@newtriton.net) I'll get it on here for you.
I'm not so good with the advice  ... Can I interest you in a sarcastic comment???
