MK rims on ML

Postby Adz on Tue Aug 25, 2009 2:05 pm

Hey guys,

Im just wondering if rims from a 2004 MK will fit the ML triton?

There's a guy on ebay selling a set of 5 rims (no caps) & starting bid is $80. >>CLICKY<<

Any thoughts or ideas?

Cheers.
Adz.

I don't think they'll fit Adz - the caliper on the ML sits proud of the wheel mating surface whereas the MK is well recessed...

Absolutely not. I tried my MK rims on the ML and while they were fine on the back the front didn't even go close. That's why I kept the CSA's - even though they were on the MK, they have a deeper dish on the back so room for the ML calipers.

If work is so terrific, why do they have to pay us to do it?

I upgraded from a MK to a ML Triton.... I bolted my MK rims straight onto my ML... and are on their to this day... mind you is a tight fit, just clears the brake calipers... but fits... :D
