Its good for racing, as the pressure change is less between hot and cold tyre than what it is with O2. Not too sure about the gains with a 4x4. Each to their own I guess.

My ML Triton has 36 psi all round for a bit of comfort, until loaded for camping, then I up the rears to around 40 or whatever looks right.....

Is 44 too high? was originally told to run them at 48
The weight is in the front, absolutely nothing in the tub while being a street vehicle. Unless engine and steel bull bar is lighter than an empty tub?
Play wheels with 265/75/16 Federal M/T's run at 35 all around though.
