kinda bringing this thread back from the dead i guess, but the info im after is with the blokes running the Dobinsons 2in lift kit,

How much did you pay whether you got it supplied and fitted,
or just supplied and did it yourself?

the reason i ask is i was qouted $1980 fitted. and i have nothing to compare it too.

Don't go Ironman!

Call up dobinsons in Smeaton grange and talk to the guys they'll look after you with the parts then just get a local trustworthy guy to fit them.

Ironman are made in china and sub standard from what I've read around.

Hey rick the recommened rim width for your 285's is 7.5-9 inch rims. Will the fact that you are only running stock 7" rims affect anthing here?
Anyone know how this works? :-)

Yeah I spoke with MT about this and they were a bit confused because the MTZ catalogue says 7-9" rims for 285s and 8-9 for 33"FCII but the rep assured me it was an error on the MTZ page and said they wouldn't warrant the tyres on 7" rims because of the added stress on the sidewalls.

I don't know that anyone has put Ks on theirs but rick and tuff triton both went the 33s on stockers.
