Thanks guys!!!.....as I said ,I have send to CNC my new draws for laser cut....will see!!!
The new UCA is exactly on OEM specs but with 5 deg more on the ball joint and more space on bumpstop..

Nice work! With the old aftermarket ones, if you flipped them and swapped sides are they still out heaps?

I made a measure with the OEM.....in the same position(51cm underguard-balljoint)was exactly the same angle!!! :) :)

...I want to test all of them(OEM,mine and after market crap)...but I want to remove the absorbers (...to change the bushes) first for better move of the UCA.

....I believe that ...for me the best thing is the good articulation and smooth ride on 4wding than the 1 or 2 cm more lift!!!

....I build UCA's for my friend's Challenger...(are the same with Triton MK)...

....and then we went for a test ride...the blue and the white have the same lift(the blue have 2'' body lift,and my friend's white it is a little heavier with lpg).....
...the same route...on first pass the white haven't the rear diff lock turn on....the have lsd...

It depends .......if the kit have diff drop and diff mounts.....but gave me little time, in a couple weeks I will take out the front diff to fix it and take some measurments ..............and I want to make research on a type off rubber for the bushes...

Some tests in the field guys (as the Challenger above).....and we'll see.


BTW....in a couple of weeks there will be an event with 4x4 cars with control arms........ it's forbidden live axles :lol: :lol: ....I think that we'll have a lot of fun!!!
