are strut spacers legal?

Center rim to bottom flare.
Rear should be 30 to 50mm higher than front with factory tub (with factory flares).

My research is around 575mm centre rim to flare is about the limit. 585mm max.
I am at 565mm and will not go higher (i have adjustable struts) because I lose down travel

Yep, L200Shogun has it - centre of wheel to underside of wheel arch/mould, measured vertically.
