What is standard height as mind measures 540mm front and 580mm rear. i have no bullbar just a canopy at the rear. Mind has only got 1200kms on it. Cheers

AC, just measured my ute - even 'sagged', its sitting higher than yours.........
Rf - 555mm
LF - 560mm

Dobi springs, with OME shocks. Has ARB bar, siderails, & XD9000 winch.......

Has dropped noticably in the last 10,000kms.......:( :(
Tip # 1 - Avoid stress & grief & low resale values with vehicles - do it once - do it right, buy a HILUX!!

FIXED!!! 8-) 8-) 8-) Martin from Dobinsons in sydney sent me another set of front springs... Mix up with original front springs sent, turned out they werent even Triton springs (labelled wrong) New springs fit perfectly and have given a decent lift ...
FRONT 575
REAR 660
Very happy with improvement in ride and handling...and very happy with Dobinsons Sydney's service... I recommend this kit ... Especially for the price!!! If any one is interested call Martin at Dobinsons in Sydney... I really appreciated the good service because there is SO much BAD service in the 4wd aftermarket business!!! 8-) 8-) ;)

Hi GLX-RSilver.. Still a slight vibration .. i have fitted the 3 Degree wedges.. looking into maybe a tailshaft spacer..someone else on the forum says they have totally eliminated the vibes by lengthening the tailshaft and adjusting some other mounts.. still its bearable.. in case you didnt realise i recommend the Dobi's kit !!! 8-) 8-) ;)

Hey Ac yeah i was going to buy the dobinson kit until i could get the ironman kit for $750 so i went with them. That will tie me over until the snake racing 4inch comes out in july. I emailed them yesterday and they have no vibration problems with the 4 inch lift. I think your spacer idea is the go as it not loading up the rubber on the centre bearing thats what i was going to do also when i fit the ironman kit.
Cheers

yes i do, have been meaning to try out those castor wedges, but it's not just the triton, i have a mate that owns a TJM store and he has had the same problem in his ford ranger and a customers navara and he said the wedges took out most of the shudder

I had the castor wedges put in on sat. Maybe a fraction better but the shudder is still there.

BTW I took it out near Mt Sugarloaf for a quick stint in the bush on the way home from getting the wedges put in. Cant believe how capable these things are with a lift & locker. I had it in a place where I could have never gotten the MK. Big ruts and washouts. No wheelspin with that locker engaged. Brilliant!

I was on my own so no pics sorry.

Finally got around to measuring on Saturday and I've got 595-600 up front and 640-645 in the rear.

Anyone's dobinsons squeaking? Mine just started might give them a call.

570 front, 610 rear

front full dobbos front springs and struts.. been there for 30000ks
rear, dobbo crusier shocks and custom extra leaf and reset stock springs

malaga springs did the works.. dobbos rear springs cost a fortune to import from the east.. its what kills the price
