air lock

anyone had any trouble with air lock in the fuel tank---took me nearly 15 minutes to fill half a tank
of diesel was getting cramp in my wrist---its not the first time its happened low flow or high same thing
the guy in his golf wasnt too happy waiting

I was just reading the fuel consumption thread and got to thinking Blue and I are the only guys running the same fuel efficiency as a Golf

But anyway... rambo, I had a problem with one pump at a Caltex once where it seemed to take forever - I think it was actually a hi-flow pump (which are normally fine) and it took twice as long as a normal pump... could have been air lock, or could have just been a faulty pump? Did you stick around to see how the Golf driver went?
