Hi Kegsy
Really like the Jeep. I have a Grand Cherokee 3.0ltr diesel. I am very happy with it but can't believ the negative comments from all especially Toyota owners!! What else did you have done to the Triton to keep the temperatures down. Mine is like ShortSteves, running almost exact temps with chip or not.

There is a few mods that can be done to manually override the VGT controller and the EGR systems which have several benefits. One of which is reduced EGTS. Further info is available in the Platinum area of the forum 8-)

As for the Jeep and the Toyota guys... they are toyota guys  They seem to have a complex with any vehicle that isn't a toyota for some reason

Part of owning a Jeep is copping the crap  :D
Triton be gone

Just dropped the chip back to 6. Took it for a spin off-road and down the freeway. Boost hitting around 30 and EGT's around 450

After the boost spike to 30psi does it settle around 25psi?

Sounds about perfect, maybe chuck in a dawes valve if you want to lower the boost spike.
Triton be gone
