Hunting/missing 2011 diesel 4x4 triton

My diesel triton is hunting/missing when cold this has happened before and I have found the hose between turbo and inter cooler to be loose. This time all the hoses are good is this a symptom a blocked inlet manifold or doggy suction control valve? Any ideas?

Mine was the maf sensor when this happened. I gavrme itca clean and it went away.

Did you find out what it was? Interested because my 2011 is doing exactly the same thing when cold! I thought a bit of air might have been getting into the fuel somehow!
