Oil catch can and warranty and someone to fit one in brisban

Hi I'm looking to get a proven tool catch can for my new mn glx. But I'm wondering if they affect the warranty. I don't want to mess with warranty. But if all good I'm also wondering if there is someone in Brisbane who could fit one for me?

Does not affect warranty as long as installed correctly, Any mechanic or 4x4 shop can do or you may be lucky enough to have a member offer some assistance

easy to do if you buy the correct one
some fit easy some are a right pain in the arse
mate of mine has one of these installed and it work Very well

Got mine from western filters and took about 20 min to fit. Just unbolt it when it goes for a service.

had mine fitted for a few months now and just the other day dropped about 20ml of oil. couldn't believe how quickly it built up. Im also due for a 30k service but i highly doubt ill be taking it out for that. can't see how it should affect warranty but nothing would surprise me...


BTW mate, just buy one and have a go! even if you say 'oh i cant do that' I bet you could (its that easy)
gotta start somewhere!! i purchased one from Chip It and its one of the best made aftermarket parts I've bought, fitted up like a dream!

It's a 'chip it' brand bought it online. I think there around Dural area nsw. Mines an mn and it fitted like a dream, it's a copy of the provent with removable filter. Think it was about 150-180.
