Long range fuel tanks

Postby brilamb on Wed Feb 25, 2009 3:30 pm

Have been told by several suppliers ( ARB, Opposite Lock etc) that a long range tank cannot be fitted to my 07/2007 diesel Triton GLS because of the factory fitted rear diff lock. Surely there must be a way around this. Can anybody steer me in the right direction.
Thanks brilamb

G'day brilamb

There's been a few threads on LRFT's, but this one talks about a Brown Davis that allows for moving the difflock compressor. Hope that helps

Incredible how this comes up so often! What are the 4WD shops on? They must do all their reseach on rumour and hearsay!
