I had new short engine replaced in my 2013 glory last September after the triton was off the road for 8weeks it lasted 1 day and did an injector rail ( human error) was the reason so the dealer told me. The dealer fixed it and 6500ks later it's over heated and loosing coolant at huge rate worse than the old engine. Took it back to the dealer they have had it for 2 days and I had heard nothing so rang this morning and was told they are waiting for a thermostat to arrive.
Hopeithurt I would love to know how you go with fair trade. Let us all know please as I think that will be my next move.

They are waiting for a thermostat!

I'll raise you a genuine radiator cap. :lol:

Must have embarrassed them and they dug one out of someone's recall kit. he he .

Pretty weak for dealers not to keep an inventory of basic maintenance parts.

Just got a phone call from fair trading, MMAL are covering everything under warranty.

Good. That's now a precedent for everyone else too if they ever have this problem. IANAL.
