The letters usually come from MMAL if you're in their database.

Mine is right in one of those ranges.

I am not especially fussed by the indicator stalk, but if they could have a recall on the engines and air bag harnesses I'd believe in the system a bit more.

The dealer mentioned the recall to me yesterday when I booked it in for the 90k service. Appears that 18 minutes has been allowed to complete the recall.

This car is like a bad drug habit. It is taking all my money and time, my family are concerned, but new mods just feel sooooooo good.

My 2009 MN is within that range. The low-beam/high-beam toggle switch doesn't work properly, switching from High Beam to Low Beam is unreliable which has upset a few strangers. Hopefully it's part of this problem because I've been avoiding getting an autoelectrician/voodoo priest to look at it.

What is the actual fix? New Switch assembly? Grease in connector to stop oxide formation?

I think I'll check our units rather than having some money shaking up other things.

Every time somethings touched under warranty you later discover casualties.

My 2014 GLXR had this done last week during regular servicing. Went in fine but came out with no indicators at all, looks like they unplugged something and never retested. I discovered this in traffic, not impressed. Did a u turn with no indicators (not much fun!) to return to dealer for a "please explain". Took 2 mins of course. Don't trust any of them! For location see my profile. And yes I did mark my filter and yes they did do this!

All good after that.

About to drop a 5k+ round trip, let's hope the engine holds together. Yep, got the RACV Total care sorted just in case! Hmmmmm......

I dropped into my local Mitsubishi at Wyong...my ml has the suspect plug...what they do is pull the blinker stalk plug apart install a fake plug that has grease in it that injects grease into the plug assembly and put the plug back together and send you on your way...I'm booked in a week from now...
