Heya guys

Nothing special' installed a Kingone 9500lb synthetic rope winch from Avenger (off fleabay) 8-) and they threw in a 22000lb free snatch block + free postage cant complain bout that :) .

Most of the pieces are there...only the control box mounting bracket is missing  had to make (bodgie) one up :(

And their ya have it as simple as that......not really  took me about 6hrs and a block & tackel came in handy just fiddly pulling the bar work on & off. Did this on Sunday and the front end susy had dropped 10mm so did expect this ;)
No pics of the install as it was a pretty much strait forward to put together and i got plenty of room behind the winch so it doesn't interfere with the I/C in anyway.

Now im armed (or is that winched) and dangerous :P
Winch weighed in at 29kg.
Happy thats another one off the list
Cheers.

Looking good mate. Love to know how the winch goes and if it was a relatively good fit in your bar
I don't suffer from insanity, I enjoy every minute of it.

Hey Trumpy
the winch goes pretty good mate.....2 hilux's & a 75 series 4 small tree stumps so far, and yea myself as well
It's a pretty good fit inside definitely no room for error :o only got 5mm clearance from the I/C and it
sits hard up against the front of the bull bar...but very happy with it.

Hey Sky Miner,

Thanks for the link to your build up thread with pics to your TJM side steps. You have a great looking truck, love the lift, tyres and neat soft tonneau! Wish I had the same soft tonneau as you!

The TJM side steps look much better than the OEM ones too.

Cheers,
Stack
