Plenty more upgrades to come.....

Been spending up a little

Have a Tigerz 11 12000lb Winch to install

Thanks I'm sure it never ends and yes plenty of ideas here.

Here is the latest 2" lift started Friday night finished Saturday lunch time. Raised up 90mm front and rear the old springs were really shagged. It will take some getting used to definitely a lot harder.

Need to get some bigger rubber to fill the holes now not sure 265/75/16 or 285/75/16. Correct me if I'm wrong the first is 32" and the second 33".

Been busy over the weekend fitted snorkel not sure what to use for an overflow bottle yet. Used one of my kids drink bottle seems to be working ok might go to wreckers and see if I can find something that will fit in the spot where the original one was.

Also Modified and fitted a drawer system from a 100 series cruiser fitted in very nice thought I would have to do a lot more to it.

Finally got all the stuff off my shed floor and onto my car

Interior LED Canopy light from Brite Lights, works a treat

12volt power socket at rear of canopy

Kalahari 2.5m x 2.0m side awning

Dual Battery system, running 100amp Projecta solenoid, with 6mm thick wire running to the tub to power the fridge,

Managed to penetrate the tub through one of the floor ribs without drilling any holes in the tub. Need to block the holes as dust seems to pile up there.

Still looking for a fridge drop slide, as the one i purchased is too big for the fridge, the fridge is functional enough with the side window access (for me anyway but not for my vertically changed wife)

Done a few more mods since the last post, and have a couple more to do....

Have had a set of rock sliders made up, I have to trial fit them before they are sent for powder coating, just in-case I need to make minor adjustments.

Once the intake manifold is cleaned and refitted, I have a Chip It chip to install as well.

Here is the latest mod, I ended up getting a drop down fridge slide (in the correct size this time).

I also got bash plates and installed those, here are some photos.

I have finally taken it off road as well after a long wait, very happy with the way it performed, might be looking at a front locker in the near future. Will be interested to see what the chip is like and a cleaned out manifold.

That fridge slide looks impressive. What brand and how much?

The family thinks its worth the money. I didn't have much choice I can't open the fridge if I don't drop it down. It is the MSA drop slide there is no other brands around that drop down this way. I think Ironman have one that tilts down but I didn't want to risk buying it and finding out it wasn't going to work, so, I went for the MSA. I paid $550 for it, it came with tie-downs they work great. We went 4wding last weekend and it all stayed tight even the kids were able to operate it.

Busy again over the weekend. Pulled off inlet manifold to clean out the carbon build up A big thanks to era2003 for the great description of how to do the job. Brought a chipit chip and manual boost controller last week so thought I better clean out the manifold before I fit it all up. The carbon build up was around 10mm thick and my fuel usage was around 15 to 17lt/100.

I have now fitted the chip on tune 3 with the boost controller set at 19psi and egr block. Unbelievable results running around 10-11lt/100 now with awesome power extremely happy. no fault codes yet have also done the Map sensor mod.
Not sure if I need to go to the trouble and fit a egt gauge plenty of mixed reports.
