I agree. I put up with mine for a while but eventually I couldn't hack it. I'm not one for advertising products on my vehicle (or clothes for that matter) but I couldn't find another sticker the right size and shape that I was prepared to stick on my car either. If the other shop doesn't pan out then I'm sure our friendly ARB rep on the forum will point you in the right direction.

Yeah but I'd also had it resprayed so the stickers came off at that point.

Hmm, can't remember actually. I know we used the thing to line up where to drill at least. Pretty sure we followed the instructions which are on the forum somewhere so whatever they say is at least 60% likely what we did. I was assisted by 3 other members from the forum so we might well have taken some shortcuts...

pretty sure you drilled with the bar on. :? there was one of you on each side and someone holding it from memory (maybe even two of us).

Funny you should say that... Mine were sort of on springs and I did have one come loose. I don't recall it being caused by drilling but it has been a long time and it could have been. I had a shit of a time getting that one on. Actually we gave up on the day and I went back to it later. I was able to tape the nut onto the end of an open ended spanner and thread that delicately down the chassis rail and pick it up with the bolt. Fortunately it was a cheap spanner because I used the fact that it lodged against the side of the chassis rail to help get the torque I wanted on the bolt. Once I'd done that the spanner was jammed between the nut and the chassis rail and I couldn't get it out.  By that point I was so over it I left it in there. I suspect it's gone now but one day I might go and have a look

Looking good fella, But don't be fooled there is still at least 250kg of sand hidden away under your vehicle.
I have started driving the ute into a timber box before washing so that the kids can use it as a sand pit
And you seem to have missed the bit about catching fish :( Was there anything around ? Tell me you got some jewies :D :D OR at the very least got blazed & blacked out on the beach

Next time more than 15 min notice.
