Put my left side arb bullbar bash plate on tonight over the washer bottle. Instead of cutting of the bottle mount, I cut off a section of the plate so it all fits up neatly, you can still see abit of the mount out the side, but I am happy with it cause I didnt really want to cut off the mount

I might just cut off the edge that is sticking out with the grinder to make it flush

Put on the long awaited scrub bars and sidesteps today finally, pretty easy job bout 2.5 hrs, hardest part drilling holes to mount scrub bar to bullbar. Looks pretty good now, just need a monster rides lift kit and snorkel and put me tray on. Will have to wait a while for the MR stuff though

Got a couple of coats on my tray today, came up ok, but seems to have a rough finish on it, maybe I didn't prep the surface enough, oh we'll see how it comes up after a couple of hours drying

Rough surface caused by overspray or dust?

Hmmm maybe dust macca? Didn't think of that and I didn't wash it after 5 days of 40 + and heaps of wind, I'll give it a good wash and try again

Ok fellas done a few more mods since the last update, wired in a led light in the tray, and two fridge points in the cage for the waeco and arb fridge. Also ran my wiring for the camper with an Anderson plug so I can send 12v to the c tek and the third battery in the camper.
Also got some new treads, looked around a fair bit, but ended up going back the bf MUDs, got em for $285 each in 245/75/16, which is basically 31 inch tyre. Thought about going up to 265 but then I wouldn't be able to use my old tyres as spares.
I'll get some pics of the tyres tomorrow..

Also added some mirror spacers which have brought the mirrors out 40 mm. Makes a big difference

Ahh that's right, lucky you!
They do make a huge difference, for now I will just have to enjoy the view when I stick the caravan mirrors on!

Needs a good clean

Now for a new canopy and tonneau cover,
Heaps of room where there used to be a draw underneath, which will house a PVC water tank and a 60l second diesel tank, as well as a tool compartment at the back end of the tray, maybe 500mm x 500mm

Cheers
