So did I mate! But they were cheap. I got the fitting done for $300 which is pretty good as well!

Little update. I finally got around to fitting up my snorkel. Cutting the holes were scary but it's all done now! Click to view larger picture
Now to make up some racks for the back and a canvas canopy!

The factory bullbars come in either alloy or black. :) although I technically have still painted it where it needed touch ups. One of my next mods will be a new bullbar!

Good on ya Nick Triton You'd be doing it hard on apprentice wages all right. What trade? Have you still got the bench seat? Sound proofing the back wall makes a hell of a difference to the road noise when traveling :)

Yeah not the best. Doing electrical through a local fella. Nearly finished though!

Swapped out the bench a while ago and bought a glxr seat off TomB when his triton was written off. I also bought his mdf panel that he made which fits in behind the seats. Still plenty of road noise though :(

Any other ideas for sound proofing? Click to view larger picture

.

I used some stinger sound deadening and had some good results

Would be good to see a photo of the MBF board behind the seats

Well! This is what she looks like now! A bit of a work ute, but a mean little triton none the less.

Ive been going through a lot of decisions lately trying to work out what I wanted to do with it. I was even thinking about selling it for a duel cab.

But luckily I saw the light and held on to her

Canopy and lightbar are the latest mods as well as 6hrs cleaning it out this weekend!

Unfortunately its a bit of a work car lately, but all the shelving that I put in the back is going double as shelving for camping, so all the boxes should be a straight swap

Finally finished my apprenticeship so the mods should be a bit more frequent. However, a holiday to Hawaii will make me a bit quiet until after August! Good to see everyone still kicking along on here
